Because we believe in our product, our policy is.. “If you don’t like it, return it”. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. 

If you want to return our products, just send us an email (you can reply to the notification emails we send while processing your order) letting us know you want to return the product. Here’s how it works.

1.- You send us an email letting us know you want to return the product

2.- We send you a return label (via email) . You print the label and put it on the box we shipped the product (or any other box about the same size)

3.- Just drop the box at any USPS post office.

4.- Notify us that you deposited the package and we’ll process your full refund at that moment.

Shipping Options

Return Shipping:  Nobody enjoys paying for shipping or returns.  All casazdecor.com orders qualify for free return shipping labels.

All our orders are currently shipped using the US Postal Service, and we depend on their service levels.

Standard Shipping (First Class):   Order delivery typically occurs within 5-10 business days after the product is shipped.

2-3 Business Day Shipping (Priority):  2-3 business day expedited shipping is available and priced according to the items contained in the order.  This shipping option features Priority 2-Day and 3-Day shipping.  Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 business days of purchase unless noted otherwise on the product page for the items purchased. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and it’s still in original condition you may send it back for free, without hassle, within 60 days of receipt. Just send us an email to [email protected] letting us know your order number and the reason why you want to return the item(s).

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange any of our products, please send an email to [email protected] or call us to 817-673-9476 and we’ll work with you to figure our the less expensive and easier way to do it.

 SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders are scheduled for 3d printing once the order has been submitted. Depending on the volume of orders we’ve received, it may take up to 5 business days to 3D print and ship your order. If by any reason the schedule is delayed we will contact you and give you the option to cancel your order if you want.

The orders are packaged and shipped the day after they have been 3D Printed.
